사회적경제기업정책학과

1. 교육과정

경제적 가치와 사회적 가치의 실현을 통해 공동체, 국가, 인류사회의 발전에 기여할 수 있는 인재를 양성하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교육과정은 사회적경제기업학과와 행정학과, 무역학과의 협동과정으로 각 전문 영역을 융합하여 실천적, 학문적 연구자를 양성하도록 구성되어 있다. 더불어, 대학의 교육목적인 진리·자유·봉사의 기독교 정신 아래 사회 혁신과 발전을 위한 국제적 사회적경제 인재 양성에 기여하고자 한다.

본 과목은 설문지를 작성하고 이에 대한 응답을 분석하는 평균분석, 분산분석, 판별분석, 요인분석 등 방법론을 다룬다.
This course deals with methodologies such as mean analysis, variance analysis, discriminant analysis, and factor analysis to prepare a questionnaire and analyze the responses.

SE602 연구분석방법론 (Empirical Research Methodology)3학점

본 과목은 경영통계를 위한 확률과 분포에 대한 기본 이론을 배운다. 또한 계량경제학의 기초 이론들을 학습한다. 특히, 회귀분석의 개념, 가정, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석 과정을 중점적으로 다룬다.
This course studies the basic theory of probability and distribution for management statistics. In addition, this course studies the basic theories of econometrics. In particular, the concepts and assumptions of regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and multivariate regression analysis processes are covered.

SE603 경제학의이해 (Introduction to Economics)3학점

본 과목은 미시경제학과 거시경제학을 포함한 시장 경제학의 기본 이론에 대한 이해와 특성 및 발전에 대하여 학습한다.
This course studies about the characteristics and development of economy along with understanding the basic theories of market economics including microeconomics and macroeconomics

SE604 글로벌사회적경제 (Global Social Economy)3학점

본 과목은 글로벌 사회적경제의 등장과 발전과정에 대하여 학습한다. 또한 각 국가별 사회적경제의 공통점과 차이점을 이해한다.
This course learns about the emergence and development process of the global social economy. It also understands the commonalities and differences of each country's social economy.

SE605 행정이론(Public Administration Theory)3학점

본 과목은 행정학의 기본 이론들에 대하여 학습한다. 행정이론들의 발전과정을 살펴보고 각 이론들의 특성을 이해한다.
This course studies the basic theories of public administration. This course examines the development process of administrative theories and understands the characteristics of each theory.

본 과목은 국제기구 및 국제협력과 관련된 행정과 정책에 대하여 학습하고 그 사례들을 토론함으로써 국제행정에 대한 이해를 높이고자 한다.
This course aims to improve understanding of international administration by learning about administration and policies related to international organizations and international cooperation and discussing cases.

본 과목은 거시경제학을 기반으로 개방경제, 국제무역 관련 경제이론들을 살펴본다.
This course examines economic theories related to open economy and international trade based on macroeconomics.

SE608 무역과지역연구(Trade and Regional Economics)3학점

본 과목은 세계 각 지역들의 지리적 특성과 무역 거래에 있어서의 특징들을 살펴보고, 이에 대하여 조사하고 토론함으로써 지역에 대한 이해를 높인다.
This course examines the geographical characteristics and trade characteristics of each region of the world, and increases the understanding of regions by investigating and discussing them.

SE609 국제무역시장연구(World Trade Market Research)3학점

본 과목은 국제 무역 시장의 동향과 특징을 조사하고, 토론을 통해 향후 국제 무역 시장의 미래를 전망해 본다.
This course examines the trends and characteristics of the international trade market, and predicts the future of the international trade market through discussion.

SE610 마케팅연구(Marketing Research)3학점

본 과목은 소비자행동, 마케팅전략, 마케팅믹스 등 기업 마케팅의 각 분야들을 학습하고, 실제 기업의 마케팅 사례를 조사하고 토론한다.
In this course, each field of marketing such as consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and marketing mix is studied, and actual corporate marketing cases are investigated and discussed.

In this course, students learn basic knowledge of financing, financial analysis, and financial management, as well as the characteristics and current status of social finance.

본 과목은 생산자부터 소비자까지 연결되는 공급망관리에 대하여 학습한다. 특히, 글로벌 공급망과 물류에 대하여 기본적인 이론과 사례들을 살펴본다.
This course learns about supply chain management that connects from producers to consumers. In particular, basic theories and cases of global supply chain and logistics will be reviewed.

SE615 프로젝트관리론 (Project Management)3학점

본 과목은 국제개발협력 분야의 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 방법, 도구, 성과평가 등을 학습한다. 이론적 개념에 더하여 실제 프로젝트들의 사례에 대한 공부를 통해 실무적 역량을 강화한다.
This course learns methods, tools, and performance evaluation for managing projects in the field of international development cooperation. In addition to theoretical concepts, practical competencies are strengthened by studying examples of actual projects.

SE616 조직행동론(Organizational Behavior Theory)3학점

현대조직 내에서 조직행동에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 변수들을 연구 · 분석하여 효과적인 조직의 관리와 운영을 도모할 수 있는 방법을 모색한다. 특히 조직 내의 다양한 행동 요인들 간의 상관관계와 역학 관계에 대한 체계적인 연구를 병행한다.
Research and analysis of various variables that influence organizational behavior within a modern organization to find ways to promote effective organizational management and operation. In particular, systematic research on correlations and dynamics between various behavioral factors within an organization is carried out in parallel.

SE617 국제관계연구(International Relationship Research)3학점

본 과목은 국제개발협력, 국제원조 등 국제협력과 국제관계의 현황과 사례들을 위주로 학습한다.
This course focuses on the current status and cases of international cooperation and international relations such as international development cooperation and ODA.

SE701 고급수학 (Advanced Mathematics)3학점

본 과목은 행렬, 벡타, 선형대수, 미적분, 미분방정식 등 제반 이론을 수학적으로 이해하고 이를 연구에 응용하는 데 필요한 지식을 습득한다.
This course acquires the knowledge necessary to mathematically understand various theories such as matrices, vectors, linear algebra, calculus, and differential equations, and to apply them to research.

SE702 고급경영통계 (Advanced Statistics)3학점

본 과목은 통계를 위한 확률과 분포에 대한 고급 이론을 배운다. 확률공간 및 확률변수, 독립성, 확률변수의 여러 가지 수렴성, 확률급수의 수렴, 대수의 측도, 조건부 확률과 기대치, 중심극한정리, 대수의 법칙 등 확률 기초 이론을 다룬다. 또한, 확률변수의 분포, 조건부 확률과 독립성, 확률변수의 함수 분포 등을 다룬다.
This course studies the basic theory of probability and distribution for management statistics. Advanced theories of probability such as probability space and random variables, independence, convergence of random variables, convergence of probability series, measures of logarithms, conditional probability and expectations, central limit theorem, and the law of algebra are covered. In addition, distribution of random variables, conditional probability and independence, and function distribution of random variables are covered.

SE703 조사방법론 (Survey-based Analysis Methods)3학점

본 과목은 설문조사 자료의 수집, 분석, 응용에 관한 방법론에 대한 지식을 습득한다. 특히, 설문조사 자료의 분석에 필요한 다변량분석 방법들을 학습하고 이를 실제 연구에 응용해 본다.
This course studies knowledge about methodology for collection, analysis, and application of survey data. In particular, learn multivariate analysis methods necessary for analysis of survey data and apply them to actual research.

SE704 기초계량분석 (Econometric Analysis)3학점

본 과목은 계량경제학의 기초 이론들을 학습한다. 특히, 회귀분석의 개념, 가정, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석 과정을 중점적으로 다룬다.
This course studies the basic theories of econometrics. In particular, the concepts and assumptions of regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and multivariate regression analysis processes are covered.

SEB705 계량분석응용 I (Applied Econometric Analysis I)3학점

본 과목은 시간의 흐름에 따라 서로 상관관계가 존재하는 시계열자료에 대한 분석방법을 공부한다. 특히 box-jenkins 모형, ARIMA 모형을 비롯해 단위근 검정, 공적분검정, 인과관계분석, ARCH, GARCH, VAR, VECM 등 시계열분석 방법을 학습한다.
This course studies analysis methods for time series data that are correlated with each other according to the passage of time. In particular, the box-jenkins model and ARIMA model, as well as time series analysis methods such as unit root test, cointegration test, causal relationship analysis, ARCH, GARCH, VAR, and VECM are studied.

SE706 계량분석응용 II (Applied Econometric Analysis II)3학점

본 과목은 횡단면과 시계열적 속성을 동시에 지닌 패널데이터를 분석하는 고정효과모형, 확률효과모형을 비롯해 GMM, 이중차분모형 등 이론적 방법들을 학습하고, 이를 실제 분석에 응용해 본다.
In this course, students learn theoretical methods such as fixed-effects model, random-effects model, GMM, and double-difference model, which analyze panel data with both cross-sectional and time series properties, and apply them to actual analysis.

SE707 사회적기업세미나 (Social Enterprise Seminar)3학점

본 과목은 사회적기업에 대한 기존 국내외 연구들을 종합적으로 살펴본다. 특히, 경영학적 측면에서 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 대해 논의하고 향후 연구주제를 설정하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
This course comprehensively examines and reviews previous literature on social enterprises. In particular, the purpose of this study is to discuss the sustainability of social enterprises from a business perspective and to set future research topics.

본 과목은 사회적 기업의 기초가 되는 사회적 자본론에 대해 연구한다. 사회적 자본론의 태생, 역사, 최근 연구 현황을 검토하고, 정책적 측면에서 시사점을 살펴본다.
This course studies the social capital theory, which is the basis of social enterprises. The origin, history, and recent research status of social capital theory are reviewed, and implications from the policy point of view are examined.

SE717 사회적기업과 거버넌스(Social Enterprise and Governance3학점

본 과목은 현대국가에서 행정의 주체인 시민과 행정의 주무기관으로서의 정부와의 관계를 연구한다. 행정은 시민과 독립적으로 존재할 수 없으며 시민은 그들 이익을 구현하는 대리기관으로서 정부를 부인할 수도 없다. 이러한 배경 하에 시민과 정부와의 상호관계에 대한 제이론을 연구함으로서 양자 간의 관계에 대한 이해를 제고한다.
This course studies the relationship between citizens, who are the subjects of administration in the modern state, and the government, as the main body of administration. Administration cannot exist independently of citizens, and citizens cannot deny the government as a proxy for the realization of their interests. Under this background, the understanding of the relationship between citizens and the government is improved by studying the second theory of the relationship between citizens and the government.

SE718 공기업의 사회적책임(Social Responsibility of Public Corporations)3학점

공기업의 사회적 책임에서는 본질적 측면에서 공기업의 설립동기와 사기업 및 일반행정과의 차이점을 이해하고, 제도적 측면에서는 공기업의 다양한 소유구조와 지배구조를 바탕으로 합리적인 제도개선 방안을 고려하며, 과제적 측면에서는 공기업의 민영화와 경영평가 등을 중점적으로 학습한다.
In the social responsibility of public corporations, we understand the differences between the establishment motive of public corporations and private corporations and general administration from an essential point of view, and from an institutional point of view, consider rational institutional improvement plans based on the various ownership and governance structures of public corporations. This course focuses on privatization and management evaluation.

SE719 공공경제세미나(Seminar on Public Economics)3학점

사회적 기업을 포함한 공공부문을 경제학적 관점에서 고찰한다. 먼저 미시경제학의 기초를 학습하고, 이에 기초하여 공공부문 및 사회적 기업을 경제학적 관점에서 분석한다.
The public sector, including social enterprises, is considered from an economic point of view. First, the basics of microeconomics are studied, and the public sector and social enterprises are analyzed from an economic point of view.

SE720 사회적기업 성과평가(Performance Evaluation on Social Enterprises)3학점

사회적 기업과 관련된 성과평가이론을 검토한다. 성과평가와 관련된 기초이론을 학습하고, 이에 기초하여 공공부문 및 사회적 기업을 대상으로 성과평가를 어떻게 해야 하는지 고찰한다.
Review performance evaluation theories related to social enterprises. Basic theories related to performance evaluation are studied, and based on this, how to perform performance evaluation for public sector and social enterprises is considered.

SE721 사회적기업과 복지정책(Social Enterprises and Welfare Policy)3학점

사회적 기업과 관련된 복지정책을 검토한다. 국가 또는 지방자치단체에서 수행되는 복지정책과 관련된 이론을 학습하고, 이에 기초하여 사회적 기업과 관련하여 복지정책을 심층적으로 검토한다.
Review welfare policies related to social enterprises. This course studies theories related to welfare policies implemented by the state or local governments, and based on this, in-depth review of welfare policies in relation to social enterprises.

SE722 공정무역세미나 (Fair Trade Seminar) 3학점

본 과목은 무역 이론, 무역 상무 등 무역의 기초적 지식과 공정 무역의 개념 및 현황을 학습니다. 특히, 개발도상국과 선진국 사이에서 확산되고 있는 공정무역의 사례들에 대하여 공부한다.
This course covers the basic knowledge of trade, such as trade theory and trade business, as well as the concept and current status of fair trade. In particular, cases of fair trade spreading between developing and developed countries are studied.
