- 글로벌경제통상학과는 경제 기본원리를 이해하고 경제 현상을 평가, 분석, 예측하여 정부 경제정책이나 국내·외 기업전략에 응용함으로써 全세계를 무대로 활약할 수 있는 글로벌 경제통상전문가 육성에 목표를 두고 있습니다.
- 本 학과는 성장 잠재력이 풍부한 아세안과 중국을 중심으로 국내·외 전문가에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 이에 아세안과 중국의 경제, 경영, 정치, 산업, 문화 등 다양한 분야에 능통한 실무적 전문가를 양성하고, 실무적 전문가 양성을 통해 아세안과 중국의 발전 양상 및 특성을 파악하고, 국내·외 관계에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 국내·외 지속가능한 경제 발전 및 협력에 기여할 것입니다.

초대의 글 (Dean's Greeting)
- The Department of Global Economics and Commerce aims to foster experts in global economics and commerce who understand basic economic principles and can work across the globe by evaluating, analyzing and forecasting economic phenomena and applying the findings to government economic policies or corporate strategies at home and abroad.
- In response to the increasing demand for domestic and foreign experts focused on ASEAN countries and China which that have abundant potential for growth, the department is training practical experts who will be proficient in various fields in ASEAN countries and China such as economy, business administration, politics, industry, culture, etc. In the course of educating practical experts, we will contribute to sustainable economic development and cooperation at home and abroad by grasping the development aspects and characteristics of ASEAN countries and China and analyze how they influence domestic and foreign relations.
- At Hannam University, the excellent faculty members and renowned experts from domestic and overseas industries and public institutions will provide you with high-quality education. In addition, we are confident that the practice-centered education will serve as a solid guide for career choices and job performance.
